- SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

- We use UPS to send rattan furniture and Zasilkovna for our fashion products and small rattan products. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number will be provided (if available) once your order has been sent. Please allow up to 5-8 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Delivery time is estimated between 3-5 workings days and in some cases up to 10 working days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Items are sent in appropriately sized parcels and boxes. Shipping is calculated and displayed before you finalise your order on the Website. All shipping charges are subject to change without notice, in accordance with the fees and charges of our shipping providers.
- Please expect some delays in the weeks leading up to Christmas based on increased freight volumes. Please keep this in mind and finalise any orders well in advance of the Christmas period to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in the normal timeframes.
- Incorrect or Returned Parcels
- If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

- RETURNS POLICY
- If your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available to you within 7 days of your delivery date (in accordance with the tracking). Full priced items: Exchange or Refund. All returns are subject to the following conditions (‘Return Conditions’)
- An email is sent to info@com indicating the reason for the return within 7 days of the delivery date (in accordance with the tracking) of your original order.
- You have a valid proof of purchase.
- Return authorisation has been approved by White Sage via email to you.
- Your returned item is received by White Sage within 14 days of White Sage approving the return.
- Item/s are in original condition (not marked, unwashed with all tags and original packaging). We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit back to our warehouse.
- The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer. White Sage reserves the right to deny a request for return if your item does not meet the above conditions. All shipping costs for the return or exchange of items to White Sage are payable by you. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by White Sage. This Policy is not intended to replace, limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Czech Consumer Law.
